Automatic Liquid Filling Machine for Bottles & Containers

At DIPZCO® , we provide liquid filling machines designed for accurate and efficient filling of various liquid and semi-liquid products such as sauces, honey, oils, syrups, and jam.

Our machines are suitable for jars, bottles, cups, and other containers used in food packaging.

We offer two main machine types:

1. Hopper Filling Machines

Equipped with a 8L stainless steel hopper, ideal for thicker products such as jam, honey, sauces, and creams.

2. Direct Feed Machines (Without Hopper)

Designed to connect directly to an external tank or product line, suitable for oils, syrups, and liquid products.

• 100 g – 1000 g models
• 500 g – 3000 g models

Filling Speed:

• 100–1000g model: up to 10–25 containers/min
• 500–3000g model: up to 6–12 containers/min

Actual output depends on product viscosity, fill volume, container size, and operator handling.

Machines are available with:

• 1 Nozzle – suitable for small production
• 2 Nozzles – faster filling for higher output
